The secret is in the quality of the ingredients. Our dough is naturally fermented for 48 hours and made with 50% whole wheat flour, which gives our pizzas an incredible lightness and flavor. At 216 Grammi, we use Petra flour, with the best Italian grains and natural Mutti tomato. All this allows you to enjoy a delicious pizza while maintaining a healthy and wholesome diet.
